Luxury Townhouse within a gated development with a 30m Shared Pool. Quiet Location, 300m from Beach in South West Mallorca. Sleeps 4/6 (2 Bedrooms).Samcasa is a luxury townhouse within a gated development. Ideal for couples, golfers or families it sleeps up to 6 people. A large split level lounge and dining area leads to a kitchen with all mod cons. Outside an extensive sunny terrace is perfect for that morning coffee and breakfast or that evening glass of wine. This luxury home is fully air-conditioned with Satellite TV, DVD, HiFi and games. In the cooler months there is also central heating. The villa has been furnished to a very high standard. Cala Vinyas beach with its safe shallow swimming is only 300m from the villa and has a large shared 30m pool. It is within 10 minutes of five of the island's top golf courses and packages can be arranged. It is near all the major attractions in the south west of the island and only 20 mins from Palma.

Bedrooms: The large Master bedroom gets the morning sun, has a sea view from the balcony and superking bed which can be split into twins. Bedroom 2 with double bed. Both have fitted wardrobes and French window onto balconies. Cot & Z bed available on request.
Bathrooms: The master bedroom has a large luxury ensuite bathroom with shower, separate bath, bidet and double sinks. Bedroom two also has a lovely ensuite shower room and downstairs has a wc.
Kitchen: The kitchen has all the mod cons including microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher.
Utility Room: Washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Living Rooms: The lounge is split level and furnished to a very high standard with a large comfy corner sofa (pulls out into a double sofabed). There is a TV (Free view), DVD, HiFi, Games and selection of books (inside the Chinese cabinet!). The whole house has aircon.
Other: The large open plan split level living room has a dining area and the table sits 6. A high chair is available for small children.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Towels and linen are provided. The property is cleaned and prepared prior to arrival and for stays of more than 2 weeks the villa will be cleaned and linen changed each week. Additional cleaning and towels can be arranged by request.

Accessibility
I am sorry but the villa is not suitable for wheelchair users due to the steps inside and outside the villa.

Outside
The villa has a large terrace and if you are lucky the lemon or pomegranite tree will be fruiting and you can have fresh lemon in your gin and tonics! The terrace has 2 sun loungers and a table with 6 chairs and umbrella. The balcony at the front of the house also has a couple of recliners there is a sea view from this balcony and is nice to sit there in the morning with a coffee and chill. There is a small portable BBQ for your use and the large 30m shared pool within the gated community is only a 30 second walk away.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is fully air conditioned and has central heating for those cooler days.
The villa is non smoking.
The pool has a lovely shallow central area for children.
The agents live in Cala Vinyas and are on hand should you have any questions and will meet you at the villa day or night and make sure you are settled in and know where everything is. They can arrange babysitting, car hire, golf and give advice on local attractions and places to explore on the island.

Coast/Beach
Cala Vinyas beach is only 300m away there are many lovely beaches along the South west coast. The lovely ports of Portal Nous and Andratx are within easy distance and have a large selection of resturants and shops.

Golf
The main golf course of the South West, Santa Ponca, Bendinat etc are all within 10 mins of the villa and we can arrange packages for you with prior arrangment.

Special interest holidays
We can also arrange for a british beautician to come and pamper you in the villa or arrange for you to spend a day in one of the spas nearby. We can arrange for scuba diving or sailing and day trips to some of the other areas of interest on the island. With the new roads that have opened up the west of the island it has made the village a quiet haven but near enough to explore all the island has to offer easily.

Travel
The airport is only 25 mins by car from the villa and we can advise you on hire car as a car is recommended so that you can get the most out of your stay.

Distances
Cala Vinyas is a quiet and friendly village on the south west coast only 20 minutes from Palma. A perfect base for exploring the island with beaches close by and only 5 minutes from Aqualand water park. Although not essential a car will allow you to roam the island and visit some lovely villages inland and the mountain villages of Valldamossa, Deia and Lluc celebrity spot at Portals Nous, Inca known for its leather, drive the coast road from Deia to Port D'Andratx for a breathtaking day out.

We meet and greet at the villa day or night and can arrange pick up at the airport. Welcome packs for special occasions or late night arrivals can be arranged. Please ask for details. Shopping lists are able to be filled with enough notice. The village has 2 large hotels, 3 pubs, 2 restaurants and 2 small corner shops. The large supermarket being only 5 mins away in Palma Nova or Santa Ponca.

A non refundable 20% deposit is required on booking and a £200 bond for any damage or loss of keys. The balance of payment is due 8 weeks before departure.
