Apartment in Sant Elm, Nr. Port d'Andratx. An exceptional apartment furnished to the highest standard.In recent years September, October and November have been absolutely glorious in Mallorca. Warm but not too hot. The perfect time for walking or cycling. Very few children about. Enjoy a grown up break in this lovely 2 bedroom apartment has been furnished to the highest standard with a west facing terrace which looks through well tended gardens to the sea and the island of Dragonera, the most western tip of Mallorca, where glorious sunsets are the norm. It is located just a 50m walk from one of the island’s best fish restaurants. The village, with shops, restaurants, bars and the main sandy beaches is just a 5 minutes stroll away. This is an ideal location for people who want a quiet holiday by the sea which doesn't make you feel as though you are a tourist.

Kitchen: Well appointed kitchen with charming seating area, hob, fridge, microwave and grill.
Utility Room: Automatic washing machine.
Living Rooms: Living room with comfortable seating, satellite TV(BBC/ITV) and sound system.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Linen and towels (including a few beachy type towels).
Changed once a week.

The patio has table and chairs for dining alfresco, sun loungers and a BBQ. The gardens are well tended.

Coast/Beach
The coast directly in front of the apartment complex is rocky but flat and perfect for sunning on and there is a small pebbly beach. The main sandy beaches are a short walk a way.

Golf
The island is renowned for its golf courses. A newish short course is just a 20 minute drive away at Camp de Mar. The international courses at Santa Ponca and Bendinat are 30 minutes drive and Pollenca just over an hour away.

The airport is a 40 minute drive. We believe a car would be essential to get about, even if you do not want to go very far. A taxi from the airport would be about €45 each way so with very inexpensive car hire here on the island, it makes sense.

Distances
The closest restaurant & bar are right beside the sea, with more bars, restaurants and a few shops in the main village of Sant Elm. The rather sleepy S'Arracò is 5 minutes up the road which has 3 very good restaurants. The main town of Andratx is 10 minutes away, as is the beautiful, deep harbour of Port d'Andratx with some ritzy shops, international restaurants, bars, a fishing port and marina. Cosmopolitan Palma is about 30 minutes drive.
