The groups of Gable Holidays Direct sites are available for access across the globe by anyone with an internet connection. By accessing and using the site, you are therefore implicitly accepting our terms and conditions as detailed below, without exception.

Gable Holidays Direct aims, but cannot guarantee to make the site permanently available, secure and without errors. However, you are responsible for the security and protection of the computer you use to access the website and Menorca Holidays Direct cannot be held accountable for any problems that may be encountered.

Details and descriptions of holiday properties are the responsibility of each property owner and are published by Gable Holidays Direct in good faith. Please check with the owner about any aspect of the description that is particularly important to you. It is recommended that all details of your trip are confirmed in writing with the owner in advance of your holiday.

We are not a travel agent, or ABTA bonded. Should you have any problem with your accommodation or holiday, please take this up with the property owner. Please ensure you always have adequate travel insurance. This is your responsibility to arrange.

Use of this website is at your own risk. Gable Holidays Direct will not be liable for any loss, injury, costs or damage incurred that result from use of this site, or for any problems caused by being unable to access the site. Please save the details of your holiday property, and the owner’s details in a safe place.

The site content, including, but not limited to the design, copy, photographs, graphics, illustrations, artwork, video, music and sound, names, logos, trademarks and service marks are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. PDF Documents and information may be downloaded and printed for your own personal use. You agree not to modify, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate any such material without the written permission of Gable Holidays Direct.

By using the site you agree not to publish offensive, inflammatory, indecent, sexually explicit or threatening material.

You may not upload or transmit any potentially harmful computer programs, viruses or similar to the website or any of its users.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. By continuing to use the site, you accept without qualification any and all changes.

 Refund Policy

If you order an advert on Menorca Holidays you have 30days cooling off period in which you can claim a full refund. After this period no refunds are available. 

All holiday payments are handled by PayPal or offline and made direct to the property owner. To arrange a refund for a property stay, please contact the owner of the property directly using the contact details on the advert. Paypal's refund policy can be found at www.paypal.com.
