(As far as we know, we’re the only holiday letting site to do this.)
It’s dead simple. All you have to do is register and choose the term of your ad (once your free month has expired). You can choose a 6 month ad for £75+VAT or a 12 month one for £125+VAT. Just click on the button below. You will then be asked to register, then you can go on to create your ad!

Also, see our FAQ section for answers to common questions (and don’t worry, there’s not millions of useless pages to scroll through, just a few succinct ones that we hope will actually help!). Or, if you want to be on the site but would rather not create your advert yourself, then Menorca Holidays Direct will be happy to help you! All you need to do is register, and choose the option marked ‘MHD – Create my Ad’ and we will happily do this for you. You need to send us a cheque for £25+VAT and then all you have to do is wait for our email to arrive telling you it’s all been done! And of course, we’ll send you a link to your property showcase page, so you can email it to all your friends and family and impress them with your technical wizardry!
There are just 3 easy steps to advertise your property:
1. Choose your advert term - either 6 months or 12 months and how you want pay for your advert. PLEASE NOTE: This is for after your free month! You will have the option to cancel and pay nothing after the free month!! (Sorry to shout, but we don't want you to miss this bit!)
